Stage 1 · Doha

Raise a room on air.
Fill it with a world.

Column-free concrete domes, built on reusable inflatable formwork. This is the first: a 27-metre exercise lab.

One dome. One annex. One yard.

The annex holds washrooms, prayer rooms and power. Plant sits in a fenced yard, ducted in through the wall.

Air holds the shape. Concrete becomes the structure.

Inflate a membrane, fix the steel, spray the concrete. When the shell can carry itself, the form comes out, ready for the next dome.

Every bar traces back to the analysis.

4,698 finite elements. The crown squeezes; below 52° the shell pulls outward in rings, and that is where the hoop steel goes.

SqueezePull

Twenty-seven metres. Not one column.

Six teams under an 18-metre screen, run from a raised control platform behind them.

Same shell. Six rooms.

The Simurena stack

Mission rehearsal for crowds, crises and command.

Six products on one engine. Operators use them to simulate crowds, inject disruption and rehearse decisions months before an event goes live.

Crowdfore.com

Foresight before the crowd arrives.

Agent-based crowd simulation for venues, festivals, transit hubs, pilgrimages and host cities. Every fan is an agent with a ticket, a gate and a walking speed, so engineers can move a gate while the change still costs a redraw.

RNDM.ai

Seeded disruption, on demand.

Run the plan through hundreds of versions of the day: late trains, heat, scanner faults and arrival surges in every combination. Seed, bound and replay any run, so two teams can face identical disruption. Developers use it as an API.

TableTopOS.com

The operating system for tabletop exercises.

Define, run and report exercises. Every command cell shares one clock, each seat sees its own information, and evaluators score each decision against the inject that triggered it. On the night it runs the live response; the next day it seals one record for regulators, insurers and the board.
